Why a private countdown changes the moment
Most accountability tools have one speed: you slip, and someone finds out. A private countdown creates a small, humane gap between those two moments — a quiet chance to make it right before anyone is pulled in.
First, you set a limit or habit
A limit or habit is a line you choose: the spend you would regret, the workout you want to protect, or the focus session that matters. You set it. Not a Coach, an algorithm, or your friends.
Then a countdown starts
When you cross that line, the Fix Window belongs to you. You can fix it, add a private note, or use a Streak Saver. Resolve it and nobody hears about it.
Crew only steps in by choice
Your Crew is not watching a live feed. A friend receives only the numbers-free nudge you approved: your first name and a limit or habit label. Never amounts, merchants, balances, or private notes.
That is the system: set your limit or habit, keep a private moment to recover, and know your Crew can have your back when you ask.
