In the app, open Settings to export your data or delete your account. Deletion removes linked account cache, quest state, Crew links, inbox records, and device registrations for your profile.

Include the email you used for Sign in with Apple, the device model, and the screen where you got stuck. Never share a password, one-time code, or bank account number.
Subscriptions
Purchases are handled by Apple's App Store. You can restore purchases in the app or manage, cancel, and request purchase help from your Apple account subscriptions screen.
Crew check-ins
Crew only sees the support state you chose to send — never raw transactions, balances, merchants, Health details, proof media, or private notes.
