The Accountability Quest SMS program is operated by Bare Getaways LLC.

Optional Enrollment

When you separately select text updates and submit your mobile number, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages about Accountability Quest product news, features, and offers. Consent is not a condition of purchase, account creation, or app use.

Message Details

You may receive up to 4 marketing messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Availability may depend on your carrier and device.

Stop or Get Help

Reply STOP to any marketing text to opt out. After opting out, you may receive one confirmation message. Reply HELP for help, call (727) 317-6574, or email hello@accountabilityquest.com. If you later want to re-enroll, use the marketing choices in the app.

Privacy

We handle mobile numbers and consent records as described in our Privacy Policy. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with service providers solely to deliver text messages and honor opt-outs. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

We may update these SMS Terms. Material changes will be posted here and, when appropriate, communicated through the app or the channel you selected.
